Stonehill Communities is dedicated to the healing ministry of serving older adults and our community through our core values of hospitality, reverence, stewardship and compassion. As a Stonehill team member, you will help provide one of the most comprehensive continuums of health and wellness services in the area including long-term nursing care, short-term rehabilitation, independent and assisted living, and memory care as well as outpatient therapy, a fitness center, and the Caregiver Resource Center.
